Tradue ("we", "us") is an Australian renewal-reminder service for tradies. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your rights. We keep it simple because the product is simple.

What we collect

• Your email address — so we can send your renewal reminders.
• Renewal dates & item types you enter (e.g. licence, insurance, rego expiry dates) and your state and trade — so we know what to remind you about and which renewal link to send.
• Basic usage data — anonymous, aggregate counts (e.g. page visits) to keep the service running.

We do not collect your licence numbers, payment details, or any government identifiers. The app is free.

How we use it

• To email you a reminder ~2 weeks before each renewal is due, with the correct renewal link for your state.
• Those reminder emails may include relevant offers from third-party partners (e.g. insurance quotes, accredited course providers). These help keep Tradue free. We never sell your email address.

Affiliate / partner links

Tradue is funded by affiliate and lead-generation partnerships. When you click a partner link (e.g. "compare insurance quotes"), we may earn a referral fee at no cost to you. We only show offers relevant to the renewal you're managing. Clicking is always optional. Insurance and financial products shown are provided by appropriately licensed third parties; Tradue does not provide financial advice.

Storage & security

Your reminder data is stored on Cloudflare's infrastructure (databases and edge network). Data entered before you subscribe stays only in your browser (localStorage). We retain subscriber data until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any reminder email, which deletes your stored reminders. To request access to or deletion of your data, email us. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles (Privacy Act 1988).

Third parties

We use Cloudflare (hosting/database) and an email delivery provider to send reminders. We don't share your data beyond what's needed to run the service.
